I made this pasta yesterday because it had warmed enough enough that I felt like eating a cool pasta salad. This pasta salad is the recipe from our good friend Marion from Bratislava and I just love it. There is no exact measurements so add more of less as you feel like it!
I made a really big batch of it because it stores so good, taste even better the second day and makes lunch easy for a few days! It's packed with Vegies and Carbs to give you energy and is great for you.
Yesterday I had 2 tough run workouts and it was just the perfect food!
Here's what you need:
Colorful Bell Peppers
Fresh Green Onion
Mayo and or Tarter Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
How to Make it:
Boil macaroni noodles, allow to cool before adding all ingredients! While noodles are boiling you can chop all vegies and crab meat and have ready to mix together.
I use a mixture of mayo and tarter sauce and make my pasta pretty wet! Its really easy and really good:)
