I really enjoyed you speaking to us. You are an inspiration to me. Your confidence is high and you have overcome a lot. The topic that you spoke about that impacted me the most is to not let people say that you can't do something when you know you can. I have very supportive friends and family but there are times in my life that they didn't think I could do it on my own even though I know I can. You said, “Recognize your limitations because sure enough they’re yours.” I always thought I know myself better then they know me and I know what I can and cannot do. You encouraged me to keep working hard and not let them affect as much as they do.
"I’d like to start out by thanking you for traveling to the United States to attend the Women in Leadership Program. The conference meant a lot to me when I attended it last year but I know I got much more out of it this time around. Your presentation has led me to want to re-evaluate my goals and how I achieve them. I think the main thing you have helped me realize is that I need to work on being more confident.
"It was great speaking with you at the event. The women in business program at IUP has been a great experience these past two years and I am very glad that you have been a part of it my senior year. It means a lot to us professional women to speak with other professional women who have had positive experiences they can share. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my career goals."
