Today lets focus on being satisfied with what we have. Oftentimes we focus too much on what we don't have that we loose sight of what is in front of us.
Close your eyes and think of the abundance in your life. Think about all the things that you have that you take for granted - or don't think about. Your house. Running water. Your family (yes, including those in-laws!). Your job. Your car. Food in your refrigerator. Etc.
Focus on being thankful for those things - for being blessed that you have all of those things. Bring all that energy to the center of your body. Let it build there - moving in a vortex like motion - spinning clockwise. Allow the energy to raise - and when you feel ready - release the energies saying happily "I am enough. I have enough. I do enough. Thank you. I am so blessed."

I'm thankful I have the opportunity to live my life purpose speaking, writing and coaching others to be their best and to truly live happy lives and for my amazing friends and family!
