Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
Happy New Year!!! Can you believe the first week of 2014 has already come and is almost gone... As always time fly's and I hope you have started the new year with a greater awareness of what you desire for your life. Living an authentic "Crazy" life requires listening to your body, heart and soul and taking the time to reflect and remain focused on your goals. Do you ever feel that you will never advance in your life or career and get that opportunity to do something BIG? Sometime's the beginning of the new year can also feel overwhelming as we enter it coming right off the chaotic holidays then right into a new year where most people around us probably have superman level goals set for the year which can leave us feeling unprepared and behind. It's not about how many or how big the tasks you complete but about taking small steps and getting small tasks done that lead you in a positive direction. So don't doubt the importance and impact on doing the smaller jobs in life!
The key to the quote above is being consistent--despite the level (or lack of) glamour or grandeur of your work. In all things, do the best you can, whether someone is looking or not. If you want to succeed in life, it is important that you have a strong foundation of consistent, hard work. Don't dodge the smaller tasks in an effort to hold out for the glamorous, important jobs. Put value in the small things and you'll reap a huge reward when you're put to the test!
Have a beautiful week!!!
